In 2013 Glyn-Jones acquired Jane Musgrave Estate Agents, a well-established branch located in the center of the village. East Preston is a busy and attractive village, which has expanded greatly over the years. There is a great sense of community with its many clubs and sports facilities for all ages, including Angmering on Sea tennis club, East Preston cricket and bowls clubs. The beach and greensward are very private, as tourists frequent neighbouring beaches. There are numerous coffee shops, restaurants and bars along with local stores in the centre of the village. To the East lies Kingston Gorse, a prestigious private estate between the sea and rural farmland, to the north lie the South Downs and to the west the historic town of Arundel.
