At Glyn-Jones & Company we offer a comprehensive Lettings service with dedicated and experienced lettings team. We offer a bespoke service tailored to your needs.

TENANT FIND SERVICE

For a one off fixed fee we will market your property through our 3 local offices including extensive press advertising and Internet coverage including 'Rightmove'.

Prospective tenants will be subjected to rigorous referencing and credit checks. On your acceptance of a suitable tenant all relevant documentation will be drawn up including; tenancy agreement, guarantors agreement (if required), standing order forms etc.

We undertake to inform service companies (gas/electric) of change of occupation and provide them with meter readings. Included in our fee is the preparation of an inventory providing a detailed record of the properties condition at the start of the tenancy. A security deposit will be taken from the tenant on taking residence.

FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE

In addition to the ‘tenant find service’ full management includes collection of the rent monthly, regular inspections of the property and the co-ordination of any repair or maintenance issues.

We undertake to ensure the smooth running of the tenancy, liaising with yourself as required, yet relieving you of the stresses of the day to day issues that can arise.

At the end of the tenancy we will carry out a full inspection of the property, dealing with matters relating to unfair wear and tear before releasing the tenant deposit.
